Are all motorcycles eligible to be a Steve Drane Harley-Davidson® Certified Pre-Owned bike?
Not every Pre-Owned motorcycle is eligible to be certified by Steve Drane Harley-Davidson®. Only Pre-Owned Motorcycles that are 12 model years or newer and have fewer than 120,000 kms are eligible to be Certified under Steve Drane Harley-Davidson® strict guidelines.
130-Point Inspection!
Once selected, all motorcycles undergo a rigorous 130-Point Inspection process. Conducted by Harley-Davidson® Factory-Trained Technicians, each inspection is required to adhere to strict standards to ensure that every engine, transmission, frame and feature function properly and are in excellent condition. These motorcycles met our tough standards when H-D® first built them and now they have to meet those standards once again or they are not considered for Certification.

Eligibility for H-D® Extended Service Plans!
All of our Steve Drane Harley-Davidson® Certified Pre-Owned Motorcycles are eligible for Extended Service Plans from H-D® Financial Services. ESP's offer coverage on 1,100 parts and includes towing, lodging and rental reimbursement and even flat tires due to a road hazard can be covered. Coverage can last as long as five years!
